When I met Nigel Nicoll I thought I was in the market to raise funds to enable my business to survive. Nigel cleaned up my books which had been in a mess for two years and identified the true state of the business - ongoing losses had led to horrendous liabilities, particularly those to the government. Nigel identified a CVA as the logical way forward and prepared the financial projections for the re-structured business. He also introduced me to a licenced insolvency practitioner, and once the necessary meetings had been held I was able to write off 70% of my business debts.
